My new year stay had some great aspects. Two complementary amenities were offered which made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was strategically located and provided easy access to different tourist spots. the room was comfortable, cozy, and had a great view of the city.
the staff failed to inform us about early check-in which caused inconvenience.

The hotel offers friendly and accommodating service, and is located conveniently close to a mall. The rooms also come fully equipped with complimentary toiletries, towels, and blankets, as well as a complimentary breakfast for two guests. An added advantage is the amount of food served during breakfast.
The hotel’s facilities are in need of renovation, particularly the flash and bidet, and the sound of the room door which can be heard when it is closed. The hotel also needs to improve on its daily housekeeping and maintenance, as there were instances where the air conditioning and room cleaning were not up to par.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The in-house restaurant served delicious local dishes. The room was spacious and had two beds instead of just one. Despite some minor issues with the water supply and wifi connection, I still enjoyed my stay at Al-Raddadi Suites. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
